Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is offered for all orders.

  • Shipping Timeline: All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of placement.

International Shipping Policy​

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Pragya-Shakti, each product is crafted and packaged with care to meet the highest quality standards. To maintain this level of excellence, we have adopted the following policies:

Returns

​

​No Returns: We do not accept returns on purchased products.

Exchanges

​

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrectly delivered products.

  • To initiate an exchange, email us at pragyashakti.in@gmail.com with photos of the product within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

 

​Refunds are only processed in the following cases:

  • If a product is out of stock after the order has been placed.

  • If an incorrect or defective product is delivered and cannot be exchanged.

Refund Process

 

  • For online payments, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless a mistake is made on our end.

Damages During Transit

While we take utmost care in packaging, Pragya-Shakti is not liable for any damage caused during transit. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
